Data Deletion Instructions

Delete Access via Facebook

  1. Open Facebook Settings and go to Apps and Websites.
  2. Find this app and remove it.
  3. This revokes future access tokens for your Facebook account.

Request Internal Data Deletion

To request deletion of data stored by Flex Ads, email support@flexads.bla.bio with subject line Data Deletion Request and include:

  • Your Facebook account ID (if known).
  • Your ad account ID(s).
  • Any additional details to identify your records.

Processing Timeline

We will acknowledge requests as soon as practical and process verified deletion requests in line with legal, security, and operational obligations.
