Flex Ads is an internal workflow tool that helps authorized users manage Meta advertising operations, including ad set duplication, creative building, creative set management, and ad deployment.

Information We Process

• Basic Facebook account information made available by Meta OAuth (for example account ID and name).
• Meta ad account identifiers and metadata needed to run ad workflows.
• Creative input data you provide (media files, names, text, links, and settings).
• Operational records generated by the app (creative set data and deployment results).

How Information Is Used

• Authenticate users with Meta and authorize ads-management operations.
• Create and manage ad creatives and ad deployments through Meta APIs.
• Store workflow state required for internal business operations.
• Support troubleshooting, reliability, and security monitoring.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Data is shared only with service providers required to operate this tool (such as Meta) and only to perform requested advertising workflows.

Data Retention

We retain data only as long as needed for operational, security, and legal obligations. Data may be deleted earlier on verified request where applicable.
